This type of half coupler serves as a fundamental component in modular scaffolding systems. It is commonly used in the fabrication of parts such as ringlock spigot couplers, cuplock diagonal braces with clamps, and kwikstage scaffold corner panel fillers, among others.
It can be combined with bolts and nuts, eye bolts, or long pins to assemble accessories like scaffold toe board couplers with hooks and Jordan couplers.

All forged half-swivel couplers comply with the EN 74 standard and use 8.8 grade bolts. The bolts are available with either coarse (quick) threads or acme threads. Quick-threaded bolts are commonly used for couplers exported to Germany, featuring a hot-dip galvanized finish for maximum durability.

British Type: 21mm Cross Nut with washer, compliant with BS1139 standard.

USS Type (USA): 22mm Flange Nut, compatible with drop forged couplers.
France Type: 22mm Hex Nut with washer, commonly used with acme-thread bolts.
